Journal ArticleDOI
High phase-purity 1T′-MoS 2 - and 1T′-MoSe 2 -layered crystals
Yifu Yu,Yifu Yu,Gwang-Hyeon Nam,Qiyuan He,Xue-Jun Wu,Kang Zhang,Zhenzhong Yang,Junze Chen,Qinglang Ma,Meiting Zhao,Zhengqing Liu,Feirong Ran,Xingzhi Wang,Hai Li,Xiao Huang,Bing Li,Qihua Xiong,Qing Zhang,Zheng Liu,Lin Gu,Yonghua Du,Wei Huang,Wei Huang,Wei Huang,Hua Zhang +24 more
TL;DR: It is shown that micrometre-sized metallic 1T′-MoS2- and 1T-MoSe2-layered crystals can be prepared in high phase purity on a large scale, and that they display promising electrocatalytic activity towards the hydrogen evolution reaction.
Journal ArticleDOI
Weak Van der Waals Stacking, Wide-Range Band Gap, and Raman Study on Ultrathin Layers of Metal Phosphorus Trichalcogenides.
Ke-Zhao Du,Xingzhi Wang,Yang Liu,Peng Hu,M. Iqbal Bakti Utama,Chee Kwan Gan,Qihua Xiong,Christian Kloc +7 more
TL;DR: The monolayers used for building of heterostructures by van der Waals stacking could be considered as the candidates for artificial 2D materials with unusual ferroelectric and magnetic properties.
Journal ArticleDOI
Raman spectroscopy of atomically thin two-dimensional magnetic iron phosphorus trisulfide (FePS3) crystals
Journal ArticleDOI
Correction: Corrigendum: Control of Radiative Exciton Recombination by Charge Transfer Induced Surface Dipoles in MoS 2 and WS 2 Monolayers
Peng Hu,Jun Ye,Xuexia He,Ke-Zhao Du,Keke Zhang,Xingzhi Wang,Qihua Xiong,Zheng Liu,Hui Jiang,Christian Kloc +9 more
TL;DR: This corrects the article DOI: 10.1038/srep24105 to indicate that the author of the paper is a doctor of medicine rather than a scientist, as previously reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
Entanglement of single-photons and chiral phonons in atomically thin WSe 2
Xiaotong Chen,Xin Lu,Sudipta Dubey,Qiang Yao,Sheng Liu,Xingzhi Wang,Qihua Xiong,Lifa Zhang,Ajit Srivastava +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors reported entanglement between collective, chiral vibrations in a two-dimensional WSe2 host and single-photons emitted from quantum dots (QDs) present in it.
