Plasmonic Ag-TiO2 − x nanocomposites for the photocatalytic removal of NO under visible light with high selectivity: The role of oxygen vacancies

TL;DR: In this article, a facile photochemical reduction process followed by post-annealing was used to synthesize Ag-TiO2−−x nanocomposites for NO removal under visible light.
Journal ArticleDOI

Silane-modified halloysite/Fe3O4 nanocomposites: Simultaneous removal of Cr(VI) and Sb(V) and positive effects of Cr(VI) on Sb(V) adsorption

TL;DR: In this paper, a new adsorbents were successfully prepared by in-situ growing Fe3O4 nanoparticles on halloysite nanotubes (HNTs) followed by subsequent modification with silane coupling agents.
Journal ArticleDOI

TiO2-supported Ag nanoclusters with enhanced visible light activity for the photocatalytic removal of NO

TL;DR: In this article, the photocatalytic performances of the TiO2 supported Ag NCs (Ag NCs/TiO2) were explored, and it was found that small loading amount (about 0.89% in Ag/Ti molar ratio) of AgNCs on TiO 2 (Ag Nclusters/Ti O2-0.89) results in remarkable improvement in the photoactivity of NO removal.
Journal ArticleDOI

Defective graphitic carbon nitride synthesized by controllable co-polymerization with enhanced visible light photocatalytic hydrogen evolution

TL;DR: In this article, the authors developed a one-step strategy to introduce defects in the framework of g-C3N4 by controllable copolymerization of melamine with a series of partially reactive end capped monomers.
Journal ArticleDOI

Meeting High Stability and Efficiency in Hybrid Light-Emitting Diodes Based on SiO2/ZrO2 Coated CsPbBr3 Perovskite Nanocrystals

TL;DR: In this article, a dual metal oxide-coated CsPbBr3@SiO2/ZrO2 composite is prepared in a one-pot synthesis through the kinetic control of the solgel reaction, followed by a gentle drying process in air.
