Journal ArticleDOI

Cellular signaling and epigenetic regulation of gene expression in leukemia.

TL;DR: The mechanisms through which the CK2-Ikaros signaling axis regulates the global epigenomic landscape and expression of genes that control cellular proliferation in leukemia are reviewed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Transcriptional Regulation of Genes by Ikaros Tumor Suppressor in Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

TL;DR: The role of Ikaros in the regulation of the expression of the genes whose function is critical for cellular proliferation, development, and progression of acute lymphoblastic leukemia is summarized.
Journal ArticleDOI

FBXW4 Is Highly Expressed and Associated With Poor Survival in Acute Myeloid Leukemia.

TL;DR: The data suggested that FBXW4 is aberrantly expressed in AML and high FBXEW4 expression might be a poor prognostic biomarker; future functional and mechanistic studies will further illuminate the roles of FBxW4 inAML.
Journal ArticleDOI

Regulation of small GTPase Rab20 by ikaros in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia

TL;DR: A novel regulatory signaling network in B-cell leukemia that involves CK2, PP1, Ikaros, and Rab20 is identified and demonstrates opposing effects of CK2 and PP1 on expression of Rab20 via control of Ikaro’ activity as a transcriptional regulator.
