Sub-nanosecond memristor based on ferroelectric tunnel junction.
Chao Ma,Zhen Luo,Weichuan Huang,Letian Zhao,Qiaoling Chen,Yue Lin,Xiang Liu,Zhiwei Chen,Chuanchuan Liu,Haoyang Sun,Xi Jin,Yuewei Yin,Xiaoguang Li +12 more
TL;DR: A high performance memristor based on a Ag/BaTiO3 /Nb:SrTiO 3 ferroelectric tunnel junction with the fastest operation speed (600 ps) and the highest number of states (32 states or 5 bits) per cell among the reported FTJs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Boosting Photocatalytic Water Splitting: Interfacial Charge Polarization in Atomically Controlled Core–Shell Cocatalysts
TL;DR: The use of atomically controlled Pd@Pt quasi-core-shell cocatalysts in combination with TiO2 as a model semiconductor is described, showing the improved charge separation and molecular activation dramatically boost the overall efficiency of photocatalytic water splitting.
Journal ArticleDOI
Nitrogen-Doped Carbon Nanotube Confined Co-N x Sites for Selective Hydrogenation of Biomass-Derived Compounds
Wanbing Gong,Yue Lin,Chun Chen,Mohammad Al-Mamun,Hai-Sheng Lu,Guozhong Wang,Haimin Zhang,Huijun Zhao,Huijun Zhao +8 more
TL;DR: This work utilizes ZIF-67-derived nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes to confine Co nanoparticles with Co-Nx active sites as a high-performance SH catalyst that exhibits excellent catalytic activity, selectivity, and stability toward a wide range of biomass-derived compounds.
Journal ArticleDOI
Atomically Dispersed Ru on Ultrathin Pd Nanoribbons
Jingjie Ge,Dongsheng He,Wenxing Chen,Huanxin Ju,Han Zhang,Tingting Chao,Xiaoqian Wang,Rui You,Yue Lin,Yu Wang,Junfa Zhu,Hai Li,Bin Xiao,Weixin Huang,Yuen Wu,Xun Hong,Yadong Li,Yadong Li +17 more
TL;DR: The ultrathin Pd/Ru nanoribbons could remarkably prohibit the hydrogenolysis in chemoselective hydrogenation of C═C bonds, leading to an excellent catalytic selectivity compared with commercial Pd /C and Ru/C.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ambient Synthesis of Single-Atom Catalysts from Bulk Metal via Trapping of Atoms by Surface Dangling Bonds.
Yunteng Qu,Liguang Wang,Zhijun Li,Peng Li,Qinghua Zhang,Yue Lin,Fangyao Zhou,Huijuan Wang,Zhengkun Yang,Yidong Hu,Mengzhao Zhu,Xuyan Zhao,Xiao Han,Chengming Wang,Qian Xu,Lin Gu,Jun Luo,Lirong Zheng,Yuen Wu +18 more
TL;DR: This synthesis at room temperature from bulk metals provides a versatile platform for facile and low-cost fabrication of SACs, crucial for their mass production and practical application in diverse industrial reactions.
