TL;DR: Morphological and/or molecular analyses of 12 selected specimens from recent field collections and from herbarium specimens revealed that ten of them belonged to four potentially poisonous species of the Agaricus sect, including A. xanthodermatei, which is reported as new records for Iran mycobiota.
Abstract: The fungal genus Agaricus includes edible, medicinal and some toxic species mainly in the Agaricus sect. Xanthodermatei . As the diversity of the genus is not well known in Iran, an inventory of the species has begun in 2013 in different provinces. Morphological and/or molecular analyses of 12 selected specimens from recent field collections and from herbarium specimens revealed that ten of them belonged to four potentially poisonous species of the Agaricus sect. Xanthodermatei : A. iodosmus , A. moelleri , A. phaeolepidotus and A. xanthodermus . Moreover, our study revealed that previous first records of A. xanthodermus and A. moelleri in Iran had been based on morphologically misidentified and correctly identified specimens, respectively. Finally, three species, A. iodosmus , A. phaeolepidotus and A. xanthodermus are reported as new records for Iran mycobiota. The four species of the section are described and illustrated.

TL;DR: The fundamental characteristics of stem cells via 3D imaging methods are summarized and the emerging literatures on3D imaging in stem cell research are discussed and the applications of both classical 2D imaging techniques and 3D methods on stem cells biology are discussed.
Abstract: Stem cells have an important role in regenerative therapies, developmental biology studies and drug screening. Basic and translational research in stem cell technology needs more detailed imaging techniques. The possibility of cell-based therapeutic strategies has been validated in the stem cell field over recent years, a more detailed characterization of the properties of stem cells is needed for connectomics of large assemblies and structural analyses of these cells. The aim of stem cell imaging is the characterization of differentiation state, cellular function, purity and cell location. Recent progress in stem cell imaging field has included ultrasound-based technique to study living stem cells and florescence microscopy-based technique to investigate stem cell three-dimensional (3D) structures. Here, we summarized the fundamental characteristics of stem cells via 3D imaging methods and also discussed the emerging literatures on 3D imaging in stem cell research and the applications of both classical 2D imaging techniques and 3D methods on stem cells biology.

TL;DR: HAMTA, a Persian plagiarism detection corpus is proposed and evaluation results indicate a high correlation between the proposed corpus and the PAN state-of-the-art English plagiarism Detection corpus.
Abstract: Plagiarism detection deals with detecting plagiarized fragments among textual documents. The availability of digital documents in online libraries makes plagiarism easier and on the other hand, to be easily detected by automatic plagiarism detection systems. Large scale plagiarism corpora with a wide variety of plagiarism cases are needed to evaluate different detection methods in different languages. Plagiarism detection corpora play an important role in evaluating and tuning plagiarism detection systems. Despite of their importance, few corpora have been developed for low resource languages. In this paper, we propose HAMTA, a Persian plagiarism detection corpus. To simulate real cases of plagiarism, manually paraphrased text are used to compile the corpus. For obtaining the manual plagiarism cases, a crowdsourcing platform is developed and crowd workers are asked to paraphrase fragments of text in order to simulate real cases of plagiarism. Moreover, artificial methods are used to scale-up the proposed corpus by automatically generating cases of text re-use. The evaluation results indicate a high correlation between the proposed corpus and the PAN state-of-the-art English plagiarism detection corpus.

TL;DR: In this paper, the waste flow network between some of the units in Ghazvin industrial estate has been analyzed using industrial ecology and models such as material flow analysis make operational approaches in order to reuse produced waste as primary resources in other industrial units.
Abstract: Industrial ecology and models such as material flow analysis make operational approaches in order to reuse produced waste as primary resources in other industrial units. In this study, using these concepts and the material flow model, the waste flow network between some of the units in Ghazvin industrial estate have been analyzed. 38 industrial units from the total 220 active units in the estate were visited and quantitative and qualitative information regarding the production process of the plant, waste production, and primary resource consumption was collected. According to the flow model being considered at the estate, a trade plan for 6 types of waste in the estate was presented. In total, 341.6 tons which equals 38% of the produced waste in these industrial units is reusable in this complex. To follow economic analysis in the raw waste, economic value stage was carried out which lead to a 1.43 million US dollar annual income and 256 thousand dollar saving in the loading and transport area. Finally, topics such as database, clustering, and location of industry in this estate were analyzed and discussed based on industrial ecology concepts.
