Abstract: The method for synthesis of corrected three-wavelengths spectrometers for trace gas components of atmosphere on the basis of development of mathematical model has been suggested. The classification table for possible structures of corrected spectrometers is considered. The synthesis allows to reveal some new variants for development of three-wavelength spectrometers for trace gas components of atmosphere. For experimental checkup of achieved theoretical results, a laboratory pattern of three-wavelength spectrometer is developed and tested.

Abstract: The peculiarities of fractal characteristics' calculations for time series are described in this article. It was suggested an algorithm for calculation of fractal dimension for time series. This method differs from the covering method, considering only the Y coordinate and possessing high accuracy and rapidity of convergence on a limited number of measurements, compared to the method of covering. The criteria of early diagnosis for changes in the condition of hydrodynamic processes that do not vary by fractal dimension have been recommended. The presented method is applicable for practical engineering calculations with self-affine, chaotic data, usually with a relatively limited number of measurements. It is quite a simple method for calculation of fractal dimensions and the algorithm can be easily realized. Abstract: The liquid-phase adsorption of n-pentane, n-hexane, n-heptane, and n-octane from natural gasoline on zeolite CaA and their catalytic isomerization has been investigated experimentally and theoretically with the aim of increasing the octane number of a low-octane gasoline. An integrated process flowsheet combining processes in an adsorber and in an isomerization reactor has been developed. The basic results are as follows: the ultimate activity of CaA with respect to n-pentane, n-hexane, n-heptane, and n-octane in the case of their simultaneous adsorption at 25.0°C is 4.2, 4.7, 5.1, and 6.3 kg/100 kg, respectively. Kinetic and outlet adsorption data are also presented. The maximum yield of C5, C6, C7, and C8iso-paraffins is 62.0, 70.0, 66.0, and 47.0%, respectively. A mathematical model of the processes has been developed, and their parameters have been calculated. Calculated and experimental data are in satisfactory agreement.

Abstract: We have found that carbonyl compounds react with chloromethyl propargyl ether to give propargyloxyoxiranes 1–3. Their formation was confirmed by spectral data. In the H NMR spectra of 1–3, the acetal proton appeared as a singlet at δ 4.76–4.97 ppm, and the CH carbon signal was observed at δC 90–100 ppm in the C NMR spectra [3, 4]. The IR spectra characteristically displayed an absorption band at 2965– 3052 cm due to stretching vibrations of the C–H bond in the oxirane ring and a band at about 1254 cm due to symmetric stretching and breathing vibrations of the oxirane ring; also, C–C stretching vibrations bands at 947–815 and 843–756 cm were present [4].

Abstract: The paper is devoted to the development of a computational framework for one of the progressively developing methods for decision making under uncertainty, the method using a non-expected fuzzy-number-valued utility function represented by a fuzzy integral with fuzzy-number-valued fuzzy measure. The method and the underlying computational framework have shown its effectiveness tested on a set of examples.
