Abstract: The article suggests a fuzzy approach to safe navigation when changing lanes in a road scenario. The approach is to create a module for making informed decisions during lane changes by several agents in order to avoid collisions. The price libraries used in this model help to make decisions when changing lanes. The article describes two modules two fuzzy modules, a fuzzy target control module, and a fuzzy collision avoidance control module are designed to perform these two tasks. As a result, with the help of dynamic fuzzy clustering methods, adaptive driving of an unmanned vehicle (DUV) management is supported, which allows for minimizing the risks of road accidents (accidents involving DUV) and maximizing traffic (total output flow) in conditions of intense traffic flow. In the article, the simulation of a robot car moving along the lane and changing the lane of the Road is implemented in the Matlab environment.

Abstract: In this paper we study generalized weighted Besov type spaces on the Gegenbauer hypergroup. We give different characterizations of these spaces in terms of generalized convolution with a kind of smooth functions and by means of generalized translation operators. Also a discrete norm is given to obtain more general properties on these spaces. Obtained results are analogies of the results for generalized Bessel shifts obtained in the work [5].

Abstract: The problem of determination of breakpoints and of volume of oil leaks under non-stationary regimes of transportation over a linear part of a main pipeline is investigated in the work. The problem of identification is considered in the frame of class of optimal control problems and the formulas for the gradient of the target functional are obtained for the considered problem. These formulas allow using the numerical methods of the first order to solve the problem. The results of numerical experiments are given.
