TL;DR: In this paper , the authors analyzed the economy of Azerbaijan using the fuzzy approach, and the main goal of the work is to achieve an optimal solution to the problem of calculating the matrix of social accounts in terms of probable changes in various ranges using mathematical methods of fuzzy set theory.
Abstract: AbstractIn this study, the economy of Azerbaijan is analyzed using the fuzzy approach. The main goal of the work is to achieve an optimal solution to the problem of calculating the matrix of social accounts in terms of probable changes in various ranges using mathematical methods of fuzzy set theory. In Leontief’s input-output model, the expected impact of changes in the volume of the final product (Yi) on the total product (Xi) was calculated using fuzzy set theory. In the study, calculations were made to study the effect of an increase or decrease in the final product of the agricultural sector on other sectors using fuzzy values of the matrix Ã.KeywordsInput-output modelSAMFuzzy setFuzzy linear equations

TL;DR: In this article , a fuzzy TOPSIS (The Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) is proposed to solve the problem of multi-criteria decision making.
Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of multi-criteria decision making. As application problem is used the software selection problem. The analysis of existing methods for solving this problem is given. As a method for solving this problem fuzzy TOPSIS (The Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) is proposed. This method is based on ideal solution approach. The issues of practical implementation of this method are discussed in details. The results of the solution test problem at all stages are presented.

TL;DR: In this article , the Z-number theory is applied to regulate ambiguous situations in investigating the consumer buying behavior, which is useful for marketers to analyze and understand the customers' interests and can also help support their marketing tactics and strategy for clarifying different criteria in buying process.
Abstract: AbstractIn recent years one of the main topics in the marketing environment advancing consumer behavior and their decision making process. The research paper focuses on the analysis of variables influence on consumers’ buying behavior and their decision in marketing. Marketing is the process which begins with the consumers’ needs, desires, demands and ends with consumer purchasing decision making. Professional marketing managers attempt to clarify consumers and their feedback, therefore they analyze the main features of their behavior. As the process customer buying behavior comes from identifying needs, collecting information, ranking alternatives and realizing the decision making process. All these steps taken by consumer before making a purchase start the formation of the buyer's desire to make a purchase. Research papers are related to consumer behavior. Marketers initiate to affect to each marketing decisions by providing information which may form the consumer evaluation. The research paper is dedicated to clarifying the various variables of customer purchasing behavior, which are analyzed by using Z numbers. Decision making process and customer behavior are usually subordinated to uncertainties associated with influences of different determinants. In research paper, the Z-number theory is applying to regulate ambiguous situations in investigating the consumer buying behavior. This paper is useful for marketers to analyze and understand the customers’ interests. Research can also help support their marketing tactics and strategy for clarifying different criteria in buying process.KeywordsCustomer buying behaviorMarketing strategyConsumer decision-makingPurchase decisionZ-numbersPreferences

TL;DR: The relevance of application of different parametric indices of time series variations, such as variance, variation coefficient, normalized deviation, Theil's criteria, etc., for assessment of technological processes is analyzed in this article.
Abstract: The relevance of application of different parametric indices of time series variations, such as variance, variation coefficient, normalized deviation, Theil's criteria, etc., for assessment of technological processes is analyzed in this work. Different nonparametric criteria of time series variations are suggested that allow diagnosis of changes in the conditions of the process analyzed, when application of other criteria are incorrect or inappropriate. The applicability and simplicity of realization of nonparametric criteria for practical engineering calculations in analysis of multifractal and chaotic fluctuations are shown. The applicability of the suggested criteria of time series variations for early diagnosis of qualitative changes in behavior of dynamic systems is proven on model examples as well as on practical examples of oil and gas production.
