TL;DR: In this article, a loadlock assembly for a high throughput ion implantation system that rapidly and efficiently processes large quantities of workpieces, such as flat panel displays, is presented.
Abstract: The present invention provides a loadlock assembly for a high throughput ion implantation system that rapidly and efficiently processes large quantities of workpieces, such as flat panel displays. The loadlock assembly (310) increases the throughput of the implantation system by continuously cycling workpieces through the process chamber (318), thus increasing the system's throughput. The loadlock assembly includes a plurality of loadlock stacking elements (354) that are axially positioned relative to each other to form a stacked array of loadlocks. Additionally, the loadlocks of the array are configured to nest with an adjacent loadlock to form a stackable and nestable loadlock assembly.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present a system for monitoring a circuit breaker that includes a monitoring device in electronic communication with the circuit breaker and a receiving device located separately from the monitoring device.
Abstract: A system for monitoring a circuit breaker that includes a monitoring device in electronic communication with the circuit breaker and a receiving device located separately from the monitoring device. The monitoring device receives data from the circuit breaker and wirelessly transmits at least a portion of the data such as one or more phase currents measured from a network which the circuit breaker protects, an ambient temperature within the circuit breaker, and/or data to a trip condition of the circuit breaker. The receiving device receives the transmitted data and displays all or a portion thereof. The monitoring device also includes a display that displays all or a portion of the data.

TL;DR: In this paper, an improved differential gear mechanism is described, including a clutch pack (35) operable to limit differentiating action of a pair of side gears relative to a differential case.
Abstract: An improved differential gear mechanism is disclosed of the type including a clutch pack (35) operable to limit differentiating action of a pair of side gears (23,25) relative to a differential case (11). The clutch pack (35) is engaged by a cam means (41) including a pair of cam members (23,43) having engaging cam surfaces (45,47). Initiation of engagement of the clutch pack (35) may occur in response to an external signal (83) by means of a pair of actuation members (53) which engage one of the cam members (43). The actuation members include terminal portions (57) which extend to the exterior of the gear case and engage a cam surface (77;101) of an actuating cam member (71;91). The actuating cam member has an outer peripheral retarding surface (79) which may be engaged by a plunger (85;113) of an electromagnetic actuator (81;107) in response to the external signal (83). Engagement of the retarding surface (79) by the plunger causes ramping of the terminal portions (57) on the cam surface, and resulting axial movement of the actuation members (53), thus initiating ramping of the cam (41) and engagement of the clutch pack (35), with relatively little axial force involved, and utilizing a differential structure which is modified only slightly from those now commercially available.

TL;DR: In this paper, a process to produce a first catalyst composition is described, which consists of contacting at least one first organometal compound and at least activator to produce the first catalyst.
Abstract: A process to produce a first catalyst composition is provided. The process comprises contacting at least one first organometal compound and at least one activator to produce the first catalyst composition. The activator is selected from the group consisting of aluminoxanes, fluoro-organo borates, and treated solid oxide components in combination with at least one organoaluminum compound. In another embodiment of this invention, a process to produce a second catalyst composition for producing bimodal polymers is provided. The process comprises contacting at least one first organometal compound, at least one activator, and at least one second organometal compound to produce the second catalyst composition. The first and second catalyst compositions are also provided as well as polymerization processes using these compositions to produce polymers.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors propose a technique for quick insertion connecting tubular fluid pressure conduits into spaced ports having internal seal rings in a common side of a valve or block, where a plastic spring lock member with apertures coinciding with the ports is disposed over the ports.
Abstract: A technique for quick insert connecting tubular fluid pressure conduits into spaced ports having internal seal rings in a common side of a valve or block. A plastic spring lock member with apertures coinciding with the ports is disposed over the ports. The apertures are chamfered on a common side and slotted for permitting resilient expansion. The spring lock member is retained by a cover bolted to the block with clearance apertures over the ports. Upon insertion of a conduit with an annular convolution adjacent the end, the convolution cams against the chamfer expanding the slotted aperture permitting the convolution to snap through and the conduit to be retained in the port with the periphery of the conduit end contacting the internal seal ring.
