TL;DR: In this paper, the research output in the field of grey literature (GL) during the 13-year period between 2007 and 2019 as reflected in the Scopus database was highlighted.
Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to spotlight the research output in the field of grey literature (GL) during the 13-year period between 2007 and 2019 as reflected in the Scopus database.,This study has used Scopus, an abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature, to collect data for the specified 13-year period. The sources, which had “grey literature” in their titles, were considered for the study and the period was from 2007 to 2019. The downloaded results were analysed using specific parameters. The SPSS and Excel have been used for analysing the retrieved data. The VOSviewer has been used for visualizing the network.,Scopus indexes different kinds of documents such as articles, books, chapters, conference papers, editorial, erratum, letters, notes, reviews and short surveys. There were 345 publications, which received 309 citations. GL-Conference Series: Conference Proceedings published the most number of articles. The majority 51.9 per cent of the articles were published in collaboration with authors from European countries. The term “grey literature” occurred most commonly as author keyword and index term.,The present study highlights how the area of GL has evolved during the 13-year period. The findings of the study pave the way for more detailed exploration of GL, which has relevance for the researchers.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a methodology for generating creative cartoon art by looking at various existing images of cartoon characters and learning about their posture/animation style, which is called Tom's cartoon.
Abstract: We propose a methodology for generating creative cartoon art. The system generates cartoon by looking at various existing images of cartoon characters and learning about their posture/animation style. The proposed system is creative in nature as it generates unique cartoon art by deviating from the existing styles learned by the algorithm. We build over Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN) with unsupervised learning, which have shown the ability to learn to generate novel cartoons by simulating a given distribution. The proposed model exhibits an ability to generate cartoons which are creative and novel in design. We have conducted experiments by considering around 12K Tom’s cartoon images for training purposes. The results show that the increase in number of epochs resulted in better classification accuracy. The proposed system generates the character Tom’s cartoons which are novel and we have validated the same by applying Colton’s creativity benchmark.

TL;DR: In this paper, a study was conducted to study the relationship between academic integrity and creativity of students pursuing management education in India, and the findings of the study suggest that academic integrity, creativity and academic integrity of students are negatively correlated.
Abstract: Purpose: Creativity and integrity are two very important pillars of success for any corporate, and looking at some of the recent corporate frauds and scams across the globe, the present study is an attempt to study the relationship between academic integrity and creativity of students pursuing management education in India. Methodology: The study is descriptive and cross sectional in design. Self reported questionnaires were used to collect data from students studying management courses (PG) in selected business schools from cities like Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad. SPSS 17 was used to run the statistical analysis. Reliability and validity of the scales were also assessed. Findings: The findings of the study suggest that academic integrity and creativity of students are negatively correlated. This is a concern for both academia and industry as co-existence of both is very important and desirable. Value: The present study is valuable and unique in a sense that the researcher was not able to find any empirical research that tests a similar relationship, having students as the target population. Also, there is no such evidence in the Indian context as well.

TL;DR: Rural entrepreneurship can help in mitigating the complex challenges caused by migration and be a catalyst in the economy’s engine, triggering and stimulating all economic activity.
Abstract: A society’s prosperity critically depends upon the level of success, prosperity and growth opportunities available to its people. Entrepreneurs serve as the catalyst in the economy’s engine, triggering and stimulating all economic activity. The present study is based on primary and secondary data collected from various sources and primary data collected from Dahanu district of the Indian state of Maharashtra India during 2017-18. Qualitative data collected from different stakeholders including rural entrepreneurs concluded that agriculture is predominant occupation in Dahanu district of Maharashtra. Seasonal migration is common due to seasonal nature of rice farming, leading to high rate of school dropouts. Entrepreneurial ventures available in Dahanu categorized into two categories viz. Agriculture based and non-agriculture based ventures. Prospective entrepreneurial ventures in the study area are warli painting, poultry farm, clothes, handicrafts and handlooms, floriculture and perfumery, rice processing unit, ice factory, Sapota processing unit, Bidi making which can operate on commercial basis. There is scope to scale up existing ventures as well. Entrepreneurship helped certain individuals to reduce migration and to continue the education of their children. Hence, rural entrepreneurship can help in mitigating the complex challenges caused by migration.
