26 Aug 2019TL;DR: The authors consider the transfer of data in pheromone networks, which are the application of molecular networks, and the design of a laboratory test bench for conducting an experiment on data transfer by moving a substance is described.
Abstract: The authors of this article consider the transfer of data in pheromone networks, which are the application of molecular networks. The authors consider the types of signals that can be used in molecular networks for data transfer (information transfer by moving substances—human and animal pheromones, plant spores and pollen, etc.). The article also discusses the data transmission channel, affecting the channel additive and multiplicative interference. A review of possible interference of natural and man-made nature is made, their possible impact is considered. The article describes the design of a laboratory test bench for conducting an experiment on data transfer by moving a substance, as well as experimental results.

Abstract: Based on derived phenomenological equations for dynamic processes in domain structures of dielectric materials of capacitors and ferromagnetic materials of choke cores equivalent electric structural-parametric circuits are suggested for capacitors and chokes. The presence is proved of an inductive component in the impedance of capacitors due to low-frequency resonance of the capacitor’s dielectric. The presence is proved of a capacitive component in the impedance of chokes due to low-frequency resonance of the choke’s core.

TL;DR: In this paper, the ATR IR spectra of solutions of atactic polystyrene in chloroform at the boundary with KRS-5 glass in the ranges 2800-3100 and 1550-1650cm−1 are studied.
Abstract: The ATR IR spectra of solutions of atactic polystyrene in chloroform at the boundary with KRS-5 glass in the ranges 2800–3100 and 1550–1650cm−1 are studied. It is shown that the parameters of orientation Σ and polarizability anisotropy α′ p − α′ s of macromolecules estimated from the absorption and refractive indexes and the average complex polarizability of polystyrene boundary layers on KRS-5 vary in an extremum manner with the concentration of polystyrene in a solution. For dilute polystyrene solutions, a high degree of orientation of chains adsorbed on the glass surface is found. The inversion of the sign of polarizability anisotropy α′ p − α′ s and an increase in orientation parameter Σ of macromolecules in boundary layers on KRS-5 are associated with the compression and interpenetration of coils during the transition from semidilute to concentrated solutions of polystyrene.

TL;DR: This paper proposes the positioning methods based on a flying network for emergencies by detecting the WiFi signals generated from victims' phones by incorporating a structure of UAV-swarms to optimize the searching time.
Abstract: Recently, unmanned aerial systems have emerged in different fields such as entertainment, military, Internet of Things, emergencies, etc. In these systems, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) communicate with each other based on a flying network to provide services to customers such as live streaming, high-speed access point, etc. The mobility of UAVs can bring many advantages in emergency cases such as rescuing and searching victims in areas where the network infrastructure is not available. However, the crucial task needed to be done first is to locate the victims' coordinates. In this paper, we propose the positioning methods based on a flying network for emergencies by detecting the WiFi signals generated from victims' phones. A structure of UAV-swarms is considered to optimize the searching time. Considering proposed methods, the influence of the error of distance measurement and the number of received signals on the evaluation of the positioning process results is simulated.
