TL;DR: In this article, the authors analyzed the experience of different countries in the implementation of STEM and STEAM education and identified the effective ways of structuring technical disciplines, art and creative activity into a single integration program.
Abstract: The purpose of this work is to develop a model for the construction of STEAM-education, which is based on project training in the so-called "creative spaces". "Creative spaces" are integration areas of schoolchildren, students and graduate students working in the format of joint work on projects initiated by various structures of a society and business. The authors of the article analyzed the experience of different countries in the implementation of STEM and STEAM-education and identified the effective ways of structuring technical disciplines, art and creative activity into a single integration program. During 2017-2018 years within the framework of informal and nonformal education, an experimental work was carried out with 32 schoolchildren and 34 students of the Kazan Federal University, aimed at determining the level of the development of such competences as: the ability to manage projects and processes, system thinking, the ability to art creativity, the ability to work within the teams, groups and individuals, the ability to work in a regime of high uncertainty and a rapid change in the conditions of tasks. Analysis of the results of experimental work has shown that the use of "creative spaces" for the implementation of project activities of schoolchildren and students, the inclusion of the category "art" in its content allows students to form skills and competencies necessary for the Industry 4.0.

TL;DR: In this paper, a nondestructive method for express testing of the state of condensed media is considered based on the developed new design of a small-sized nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometer.
Abstract: A nondestructive method for express testing of the state of condensed media is considered. The method is based on the developed new design of a small-sized nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometer. The proposed engineering solutions and techniques have made it possible to detect weak-field NMR signals from various nuclei (that have magnetic moments) in a small (less than 0.3 cm3) volume of a condensed medium. This has extended significantly the capabilities of the NMRbased nondestructive method of express testing of condensed media, especially for the purposes of ecological monitoring of hard-to-reach territories. Results of experimental research of various media are presented.

TL;DR: In this paper, a method has been developed for determining the defects of the inner walls of a tube using laser radiation scattered on particles of the flowing fluid, and a new technique is proposed for measuring the point coordinates describing the location of the defect in terms of the length and inner diameter of the tube.
Abstract: The flow structure of a liquid medium in tubing with a circular cross section is investigated. A method has been developed for determining the defects of the inner walls of tubing using laser radiation scattered on particles of the flowing fluid. The results of determining the fluid flow velocity profile in the tubing cross section along the length of this tubing are presented. A new technique is proposed for measuring the point coordinates describing the location of the defect in terms of the length and inner diameter of the tubing.

TL;DR: In this paper, a compact nuclear-magnetic spectrometer is examined in which the design takes account of the special features of registration in the weak magnetic field of the NMR signal of a compact condensed medium.
Abstract: A compact nuclear-magnetic spectrometer is examined in which the design takes account of the special features of registration in the weak magnetic field of the NMR signal of a compact condensed medium. A table of characteristics of the nuclei most often used in nuclear-magnetic spectroscopy is compiled. The results of experimental studies of the condensed media are presented.

TL;DR: In this paper, a new design of the optical part of a refractometer for monitoring the state of liquid medium is considered, and the method for medium state control at the light-shadow boundary is substantiated.
Abstract: In the article a new design of the optical part of a refractometer for monitoring the state of liquid medium is considered. The method for medium state control at the light-shadow boundary is substantiated. The experimental results of different liquid media are presented.
