A general forming limit criterion for sheet metal forming

TLDR
In this article, it is shown that the forming limit for both proportional loading and non-proportional loading can be explained from a single criterion which is based on the state of stress rather than the state-of-stress.

Sheet necking prediction in forming limit diagrams with the anisotropy influence incorporation

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of anisotropy influence on Forming Limit Diagram (FLD) is studied with the use of mild steel DC01 and it is found that it is necessary to take anisotropic effects into account for the material investigated.

Constitutive Modeling of Hexagonal Close Packed Polycrystals

Huamiao Wang
TL;DR: In this paper, a constitutive modeling of magnesium and its alloys is considered, based on the polycrystal plasticity theories that have been established and used to characterize aluminum and steel are studied.

Precision tube drawing for biomedical applications : Theoretical, Numerical and Experimental study

TL;DR: In this paper, a specific drawing test was designed in order to identify the tube fracture during drawing by modifying the mandrel geometry and the goal of such test was to identify tube formability limit, among the different failure criteria that could be calibrated on tensile test were selected.

Estudo da conformabilidade na hidroconformação de recortes de chapas de aço soldados a laser

TL;DR: In this paper, a hybrid tool was designed and assembled to manufacture parts by conventional stamping and hydroforming steel plates ST-06 and ST-07 com thickness 1,5 and 0,9mm respectively, welded by laser to form the TWBs.
