TLDR
The electrochemical oxidation of some p-substituted benzylic derivatives of Co(III) dimethylglyoximato and Co( III)bis(salicylaldehyde)o-phenylenediimine, in dimethylformamide, 0.2 M in tetraethylammonium perchlorate, on a platinum electrode, at several temperatures, is described as an ECE type, the first electrochemical step being a quasi-reversible one-electron charge transfer at room temperature.

Voltammetric, EPR and UV-VIS-NIR spectroscopic studies associated with the characterisation of electrochemically generated tris(dithiocarbamato)cobalt(IV) complexes in dichloromethane

TL;DR: In this paper, the EPR and UV-VIS-NIR spectra of the [CoIV(S2CNR2)3]-complexes showed a new set of low energy and moderate intensity bands at 9600, 13300 and 15500 cm−1, which were interpreted as ligand-to-metal charge transfer excitations to the t2g orbital.
