TLDR
In this paper, the effect of a quantized electromagnetic radiation field is introduced by means of a coupling term between the electrons and the radiation field, and radiation intensity curves are obtained which are very similar to those for ordinary Bremsstrahlung.

Orbital electron capture by the nucleus

TL;DR: The theory of nuclear electron capture is reviewed in the light of current understanding of weak interactions in this article, and experimental methods and results regarding capture probabilities, capture ratios, and EC/Beta(+) ratios are summarized.

High precision analytical description of the allowed β spectrum shape

TL;DR: In this paper, a fully analytical description of the allowed β spectrum shape is given in view of ongoing and planned measurements, which forms an invaluable tool in the search for physics beyond the standard electroweak model and weak magnetism recoil term.

Detour transitions in internal bremsstrahlung

TL;DR: The contribution of detour transitions to the internal bremsstrahlung accom- panying nuclear beta decay is calculated in this paper, where it is shown that such contributions will in general be impor- tant for forbidden beta decays.

A simple relation for the Fermi function

TL;DR: A simple relation for the Fermi function, correct to one per cent, was deduced using the tabulated values of Rose (1955) as mentioned in this paper, which is correct to 1.
