Modified BCS gap equation for Jahn-Teller distorted high temperature superconductors
B. K. Raj,B. Pradhan,G. C. Rout +2 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the interplay of the normal electron-phonon (EP) interaction, dynamic Jahn-Teller (DJT) distortion and superconductivity in high temperature superconductors in presence of a static lattice strain was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Intrinsic tunneling spectroscopy: a look from the inside at HTSC
TL;DR: In this paper, the intrinsic tunneling characteristics of Bi-2212 as a function of doping, temperature, magnetic field and intercalation were studied and an improved resolution made it possible to simultaneously trace the superconducting gap (SG) and the normal state pseudo-gap (PG) in a close vicinity of T c and to analyze closing of the PG at T *.
Some Aspects of Unconventional Superconductivity in Two Dimensions
TL;DR: Vafek et al. as mentioned in this paper investigated the quantum oscillations of the specific heat in d-wave superconductors with loop current order, and the unconventional superconductivity in a repulsive gas of fermions with spin-orbit coupling in two dimensions.

Interlayer transverse magnetoresistance in the presence of an anisotropic pseudogap
M. F. Smith,Ross H. McKenzie +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the interlayer magnetoresistance of a quasi-two-dimensional layered metal with a d-wave pseudogap is calculated semiclassically, and an expression for the inter-layer resistivity as a function of the strength and direction of the magnetic field, the magnitude of the pseudoogap, temperature, and scattering rate is obtained.

D-Wave density waves in high Tc cuprates and CeCoIn5
TL;DR: In this paper, a more realistic approach started around 1999 in order to clarify the nature of the pseudogap in the underdoped region of hole-doped high T c cuprates.
