Julia sets and Yang-Lee zeros of the Potts model on bethe lattices

TL;DR: Box counting fractal dimensions of Julia sets of the Q-state ferromagnetic Potts model on Bethe lattices are studied and it is shown that the fractal dimension of a Julia set for a value of magnetics field corresponding to a Yang-Lee zero of the partition function is alocal minimum as a function of magnetic field.
Journal ArticleDOI

Nevanlinna, Siegel, and Cremer

TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that an irrationally indifferent cycle is Cremer if this Nevanlinna-theoretical quantity does not vanish, i.e., it is not lost.
Journal ArticleDOI

An entire function with a Baker domain and sparsely distributed singular values

TL;DR: In this article, an example of an entire function with a Baker domain such that the complement of the set of singular values of the function contains annuli of arbitrarily large width is presented.

Din ´ amica de los polinomios cuadr ´ aticos

TL;DR: In this paper, the basic elements in the theory of holomorphic dynamics and state the main results and conjectures in the field concerning rational maps and particular, about the family of quadratic polynomials.

Hölder exponent of planar Julia sets associated with polynomials

TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that there are no disconnected planar sets with the Holder exponent greater than 3/5 for Julia sets of polynomials, and a lower bound of 1.
