TLDR
The theory based on the Kullback discrimination information as the H-function gives new insight into the interrelation between the concepts of coarse-graining and the principle of sufficiency leading to important statistical characterization of thermal equilibrium of a closed system.
Abstract
The paper deals with the imprtance of the Kullback descrimination information in the statistical characterization of negentropy of non-equilibrium state and the irreversibility of a classical dynamical system. The theory based on the Kullback discrimination information as theH-function gives new insight into the interrelation between the concepts of coarse-graining and the principle of sufficiency leading to important statistical characterization of thermal equilibrium of a closed system.

Examining the Research on Business Information-Entropy Correlation in the Accounting Process of Organizations.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors analyzed research trends at the international level on business information-entropy correlation in the accounting process of organizations, where mathematical and statistical techniques were applied to 980 articles during the period 1974-2020, obtaining results on the scientific productivity of the driving agents of this topic: authors, research institutions, countries/territories, and journals.

I-theorem for Fermi and Bose gases

TL;DR: In this paper, the change of discrimination information during self-organization of Fermi and Bose gases was studied and a measure of the discrimination information which determines the degree of order of states in the open systems was presented.

Maxwell-Gouy potential in statistical mechanics

TL;DR: In this paper, the probabilistic-statistical justification for the equilibrium-thermodynamic Maxwell-Gouy potential is given, and the relationship between the change in the potential and the information about the structure of the system, expressed by Kul'bak's measure, is established.

OnH-theorem and entropy production

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors deal with the study of aH-theorem for an isolated system and the positivity of entropy production of a closed system on the basis of the process of removing correlation.

Information Theory and Statistical Mechanics. II

TL;DR: In this article, the authors consider statistical mechanics as a form of statistical inference rather than as a physical theory, and show that the usual computational rules, starting with the determination of the partition function, are an immediate consequence of the maximum-entropy principle.
