Scattering by potentials with Coulomb Tails

TLDR
In this article, the Coulomb partial-wave series is extended to potentials made up of a Coulomb potential plus an arbitrary short-range part Vs.r(r).
Abstract
An earlier study of the Coulomb partial-wave series and of the connection between screened and unscreened Coulomb potentials is extended to potentials made up of a Coulomb potential plus an arbitrary short-range part Vs.r(r). The partial-wave series for the contribution of Vs.r is shown to converge pointwise, for all θ, provided Vs.r is O(r-3-8) asr → ∞.

Momentum-space treatment of the Coulomb interaction in three-nucleon reactions with two protons

TL;DR: In this article, the Coulomb effect between two protons is included in the calculation of proton-deuteron elastic scattering, radiative proton deuteron capture, and two-body electromagnetic disintegration.

Momentum-space description of three-nucleon breakup reactions including the Coulomb interaction

TL;DR: In this article, the Coulomb interaction between two protons is included in the calculation of proton-deuteron breakup and of three-body electromagnetic disintegration of {sup 3}He.

Three-body description of direct nuclear reactions: Comparison with the continuum discretized coupled channels method

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors compared the CDCC method with the exact solution of the three-body Faddeev equations in momentum space, and showed that the latter is not a good approximation of the full three body FADDeev solution.

Ab initio four-body calculation of n - He 3 , p - H 3 , and d - d scattering

TL;DR: The Coulomb interaction between the protons is included using the screening and renormalization approach as was recently done for proton-deuteron and proton{sup 3}He scattering as discussed by the authors.

Analytic T matrices for Coulomb plus rational separable potentials

TL;DR: In this article, the Coulomb off-shell T matrix Tc,l=0 in momentum representation is obtained in closed form. But it is not a Coulomb matrix with rational functions of p2.

A new rigorous approach to coulomb scattering

TL;DR: In this article, the Coulomb partial wave series is shown to be convergent and the amplitude for any screened Coulomb potential converges as a distribution of Coulomb amplitude when the screening radius tends to infinity.
