Sensing of Acetone Vapours using PMMA/ Al2O3 Composite

TL;DR: In this article , a field effect transistor (FET) sensor based on noble metal nanoparticles (Au, Pd and Pt) was used for selective acetone sensing, and the results indicated that the incorporation of noble metals can greatly enhance the VOC sensing properties of a few layers of GO by using their chemical and electrical sensitization effect.
