Synthesis and characterization of silver nanoparticles for photovoltaic application
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used polyol synthesis to obtain uniformly dispersed silver nanoparticles, which were then incorporated onto amorphous silicon thin films, by spraying a suspension of the nanoparticles onto the thin films and characterized by Ultra Violet Visible Spectroscopy (UV-VIS), High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy, X-ray Diffraction and Thermogravimetric Analysis.
