TLDR
The memory function associated with the phase-space density correlation function has previously been calculated in the low-density limit by Mazenko as discussed by the authors, and a simple classical method of arriving at his primary result is pointed out.
Abstract
The memory function associated with the phase-space density correlation function has previously been calculated in the low-density limit by Mazenko. In this paper a simple, classical method of arriving at his primary result is pointed out. The application to self-correlations is also noted.

Theoretical models for superionic conductors

TL;DR: The present theoretical understanding of various properties of superionic conductors is reviewed in this paper, where the authors put emphasis on their treatment as classical many-particle systems and the analysis of their dynamic behaviour.
Journal ArticleDOI

Memory function approach to the dynamics of interacting Brownian particles

TL;DR: In this article, the dynamic properties of diffusing particles described by a many-body Smoluchowski equation are investigated in terms of a memory function which is evaluated in the cases of weak interaction and low particle density, but arbitrary interaction.

Renormalized Kinetic Theory of Dense Fluids

TL;DR: A review of the current status of kinetic theory description of thermal fluctuations in a dense fluid can be found in this article, where the authors focus on fluctuations at finite wavelengths and frequenç cies and emphasize the direct confrontation between theoretical predicaments and experimental data.

Self‐structure factor of hard‐sphere gases for arbitrary ratio of bath to test particle masses

TL;DR: In this paper, the self-structure factor Ss(k,ω) for test particles of mass different from the mass of the bath particles is considered and solved by the Gross-Jackson (GJ) model.
