ICGSE 2019 was held in Montreal, Canada on May 25-26, in conjunction with the 41st International Conference on Software Engineering under the theme \Succeeding in the Global Software Industry". Topics included were: distributed teams, methods and processes, business strategies, technologies supporting distributed cooperative work, education, and emerging technologies to support/improve/enhance GSE.
