The Effect of Job Related Stress on Employees’ Satisfaction: A Survey in Health Care

In this paper, the authors investigated the impact of job related stress on job satisfaction of nursing staff working in hospitals and found that stressors such as conflict, workload, interpersonal relationships, career development, information access and feedback influence job satisfaction aspects such as physical environment, career opportunities, management style, job enrichment, rewards and job security.
