An integration of trust dimensions and risk taken propensity to the UTAUT model showed that Performance Expectation, Peer Influence, Trust belief and Risk taken propensity are significant in predicting behavioural intention to adopt e-government.Abstract:
Studies suggest that there are factors that affects citizens' behavioural intention and adoption behaviour towards the use of government e-services. Low patronage of eGovernment has become an issue in developing nations. Therefore, this paper proposes an integration of trust dimensions and risk taken propensity to the UTAUT model. We tested the model on 101 university students in Malaysia. The survey instrument items were carefully selected from previously validated constructs. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to examine the relationship between the constructs. The study showed that Performance Expectation, Peer Influence, Trust belief and Risk taken propensity are significant in predicting behavioural intention to adopt e-government. Furthermore, implications for practice and further research were also discussed.read more

Antecedents and outcomes of internet usage within organisations in Yemen: An extension of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors focused on extending the UTAUT using an antecedent variable for the actual internet use (i.e., task-technology fit) and four outcome variables (e.g., decision quality, communication quality, knowledge acquisition, and user satisfaction).

Validation of the UTAUT Model: Re-Considering Non-Linear Relationships of Exogeneous Variables in Higher Education Technology Acceptance Research
TL;DR: In this article, the Partial Least Squares approach was used to evaluate a combined linear and non-linear relationships based UTAUT model and found that nonlinear relationships exist between exogeneous factors to better explain constructs' behaviour in the model.
