Forward-angle electron spectroscopy in heavy-ion atom collisions studied at the ESR

TL;DR: In this paper, the U88+ + N2 collision system at a low-relativistic projectile energy of 90 MeV/u has been analyzed experimentally and theoretically with respect to fast electrons emitted with a velocity close to the projectile velocity, vp ≈ ve, at an observation angle of e ≈ 0°, i.e., in the direction of the projectile beam.
Journal ArticleDOI

Multiple photodetachment of silicon anions via K-shell excitation and ionization

TL;DR: In this paper, the photon-ion merged-beams technique was used to measure the photon energy in the range of 1830-1900 eV at a synchrotron light source.
Journal ArticleDOI

Photo-multidetachment and Fragmentation of C60 anions

TL;DR: In this article, the authors measured absolute single-photon multi-electron ionization and fragmentation cross sections for C−60 ions and determined that the excess electron in the anion causes a significant increase in cross section and an overall energy scaling, but otherwise has little effect on the observed structure.

Stochastic order relations and lattices of probability measures

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors study various partially ordered spaces of probability measures and determine which of them are lattices, which has important consequences for optimization problems with stochastic dominance constraints.
