Multi-gas detection with cs-fet arrays for food quality assessment

TL;DR: In this paper, a multi-gas sensor to detect food spoilage and a method of forming the same are disclosed, which includes a silicon substrate and a plurality of chemical sensitive field effect transistor (CSFET) sensors formed on a surface of the silicon substrate, wherein each one of the plurality of CSFET sensors are decorated with a different material to detect a different gas associated with food spoilages.
Journal ArticleDOI

Low Pressure Vapor-assisted Solution Process for Tunable Band Gap Pinhole-free Methylammonium Lead Halide Perovskite Films.

TL;DR: The fabrication of pinhole-free, continuous methylammonium-lead halide perovskite films via the low-pressure vapor assisted solution process (LP-VASP) method, which yields ~19% power conversion efficiency in planar heterojunction perovSKite solar cells.

High optical quality polycrystalline indium phosphide grown on metal substrates by mocvd

TL;DR: In this article, a new solar cell consisting of a substrate, a VIB metal thin film, and a polycrystalline III-V semiconductor thin film was proposed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Single-pixel reconstructive mid-infrared micro-spectrometer.

TL;DR: In this article , a single-pixel MIR micro-spectrometer that reconstructs the sample transmission spectrum by a spectrally dispersed light source instead of spatially grated light beams is demonstrated.
