TL;DR: Certhrax acts as an antivirulence factor in the anthrax-like organism B. cereus G9241, and is generated isogenic deletion mutations in the targeted toxin gene components and assessed the strains for virulence in high-susceptible (A/J) and moderately G 9241-sensitive (C57BL/6) mice.
