TL;DR: The results suggest that the risk of HIV transmission in gay couples through condomless sex when HIV viral load is suppressed is effectively zero, which supports the message of the U=U (undetectable equals untransmittable) campaign, and the benefits of early testing and treatment for HIV.

Prospective evaluation of a primary care referral pathway for patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

TL;DR: It is shown that established blood tests for liver fibrosis can be used in primary care to stratify patients with fatty liver disease, leading to a reduction in unnecessary referrals by 80% and greatly improving the detection of cases of advanced fibrosis and cirrhosis.
