Development of novel target modules for retargeting of UniCAR T cells to GD2 positive tumor cells.

TL;DR: Novel TMs are described against the disialoganglioside GD2 which is overexpressed in neuroectodermal but also many other tumors and see a highly efficient target-specific and -dependent activation of UniCAR T cells, secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines, and tumor cell lysis both in vitro and experimental mice.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Taking Control of SDN-based Cloud Systems via the Data Plane

TL;DR: It is shown that virtual switches not only increase the attack surface of the cloud, but virtual switch vulnerabilities can also lead to attacks of much higher impact compared to traditional switches, inspiring a new attacker model for SDN-based cloud systems using virtual switches.
Book ChapterDOI

Distilling the Internet's Application Mix from Packet-Sampled Traffic

TL;DR: As the Internet continues to grow both in size and in terms of the volume of traffic it carries, more and more networks in the different parts of the world are relying on an increasing number of distinct ways to exchange traffic with one another.
Journal ArticleDOI

Optimal On-Line Scheduling of Parallel Jobs with Dependencies

TL;DR: The results demonstrate that on-line scheduling with dependencies differs from scheduling without dependencies in several crucialaspects, and it is essential to use virtualization to schedule parallel jobs on fewer processors than requested.
