Journal ArticleDOI
Cloning and sequencing of porcine LH-hCG receptor cDNA: variants lacking transmembrane domain.
Hugues Loosfelt,Micheline Misrahi,Michel Atger,Roland Salesse,Mai Tu Vu Hai-Luu Thi,André Jolivet,Anne Guiochon-Mantel,Sokhavuth Sar,Bahija Jallal,Jean Garnier,Edwin Milgrom +10 more
TL;DR: Hydropathy analysis suggests the existence of seven transmembrane domains that show homology with the corresponding regions of other G protein-coupled receptors.
Journal ArticleDOI
Complete amino acid sequence of the human progesterone receptor deduced from cloned cDNA.
Micheline Misrahi,Michel Atger,Luc d'Auriol,Hugues Loosfelt,Cécile Meriel,Françoise Fridlansky,Anne Guiochon-Mantel,Francis Galibert,Edwin Milgrom +8 more
TL;DR: A lambda gt10 library containing DNAs complementary to messenger RNAs from human breast cancer T47-D cells was constructed and screened with a cDNA probe encoding the rabbit progesterone receptor, characterized by the very high proline content of its N-terminal region.
Journal ArticleDOI
Mechanisms of nuclear localization of the progesterone receptor: evidence for interaction between monomers.
Anne Guiochon-Mantel,Hugues Loosfelt,P. Lescop,Sokhavuth Sar,Michel Atger,Martine Perrot-Applanat,Edwin Milgrom +6 more
TL;DR: Deletion mutants of the rabbit progesterone receptor were used to identify two major mechanisms of its nuclear localization and it was shown that by deleting epitopes recognized by monoclonal antibodies, it was possible to follow different receptor mutants inside the same cells.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cloning, sequencing and expression of human TSH receptor
Micheline Misrahi,Hugues Loosfelt,Michel Atger,Sokhavuth Sar,Anne Guiochon-Mantel,Edwin Milgrom +5 more
TL;DR: A high degree of homology is observed with LH/hCG receptor suggesting the definition of a new subfamily of G-protein coupled receptors, similar to that described in the non receptor type protein tyrosine kinases.
Journal ArticleDOI
Genotype-phenotype analysis in 2,405 patients with a dystrophinopathy using the UMD-DMD database: a model of nationwide knowledgebase.
Sylvie Tuffery-Giraud,Sylvie Tuffery-Giraud,Christophe Béroud,Christophe Béroud,Rabah Ben Yaou,Rabah Ben Yaou,Dalil Hamroun,Laurence Michel-Calemard,Marie-Pierre Moizard,Rafaëlle Bernard,Mireille Cossée,Pierre Boisseau,Martine Blayau,Isabelle Creveaux,Anne Guiochon-Mantel,Berengere de Martinville,Christophe Philippe,Nicole Monnier,Eric Bieth,Philippe Khau Van Kien,François-Olivier Desmet,Véronique Humbertclaude,Jean-Claude Kaplan,Jamel Chelly,Mireille Claustres,Mireille Claustres +25 more
TL;DR: This national centralized resource will contribute to a greater understanding of prevalence of dystrophinopathies in France, and in particular, of the true frequency of BMD, which was found to be almost half (43%) that of DMD.
