Journal ArticleDOI
Complete momentum and energy resolved TOF electron spectrometer for time-resolved photoemission spectroscopy
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors presented a novel time-of-flight based electron analyzer with capability of 2D in momentum space (kx and ky) and all energies (calculated from time of flight) in the third dimension.
Journal ArticleDOI
Investigation of microstructure within metal welds by energy resolved neutron imaging
Anton S. Tremsin,Winfried Kockelmann,Anna Paradowska,Shu-Yan Zhang,Alexander M. Korsunsky,Takenao Shinohara,W.B. Feller,Eberhard Lehmann +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors demonstrate the potential of energy-resolved neutron imaging to study the microstructures of two steel welds, where the spatial distribution of residual strain within the welds as well as some information on the texture, are obtained with sub-mm spatial resolution.
Journal ArticleDOI
Phase Transition Mapping by Means of Neutron Imaging in SOFC Anode Supports during Reduction under Applied Stress
Journal ArticleDOI
Refraction contrast imaging and edge effects in neutron radiography
Anton S. Tremsin,Eberhard Lehmann,Nikolay Kardjilov,Markus Strobl,Ingo Manke,Jason B. McPhate,J.V. Vallerga,O. H. W. Siegmund,W.B. Feller +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the edge enhancement and refraction/scattering effects in neutron radiography measured at thermal and cold neutron beams with a high resolution ( ~ 55 μm) microchannel plate neutron counting detector are investigated.
