Journal ArticleDOI
Neurovascular coupling in health and disease: lessons from transgenic mice
TL;DR: The contributions to this field provided by transgenic mouse models are reviewed, focusing on the role of nitric oxide and cyclooxygenase in cerebral cortex and/or cerebellum and the alterations in functional hyperemia produced by β-amyloid are examined.
Journal ArticleDOI
Blood Pressure Ups and Downs Foreshadow Cerebral Microangiopathy
Journal ArticleDOI
