Madec,David Mouillet,David Mouillet,Alain Origne,Pascal Puget,Pascal Puget,Bernardo Salasnich,Jean-François Sauvage +28 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the performance of the SLLC was evaluated in both imaging and spectroscopy using data acquired on the internal source of the VLT/SPHERE.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Combining angular differential imaging and accurate polarimetry with SPHERE/IRDIS to characterize young giant exoplanets
Rob G. van Holstein,Frans Snik,Julien Girard,Jozua de Boer,Christian Ginski,Christoph U. Keller,Daphne Stam,Jean-Luc Beuzit,David Mouillet,Markus Kasper,Maud Langlois,Alice Zurlo,Remco de Kok,Arthur Vigan +13 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a high-contrast imaging scheme that combines angular differential imaging (ADI) and accurate near-infrared polarimetry to characterize self-luminous giant exoplanets was proposed.
Journal ArticleDOI
The HIP 79977 debris disk in polarized light
N. Engler,H. M. Schmid,C. Thalmann,Anthony Boccaletti,A. Bazzon,Andrea Baruffolo,J. L. TL;DR: In this paper, the authors measured the polarization flux along and perpendicular to the disk spine of the highly inclined disk for projected separations between 0.2" and 1.6" and investigated the diagnostic potential of such data with model simulations.
Journal Article
HST/NICMOS2 observations of the HD 141569 A circumstellar disk ?
TL;DR: In this paper, the first resolved scattered light images of the circumstellar dust disk around the old Pre-Main Sequence star HD 141569 A were reported, showing that at 1:6 m, the dust grains scatter a total flux density of at least 4:5 0:5 mJy.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: In this paper, the performance of the Integral Field Spectrograph (IFS) of SPHERE, the high-contrast imager for the ESO VLT telescope designed to perform imaging and spectroscopy of extrasolar planets, obtained from tests performed at the Institute de Planetologie et d'Astrophysique de Grenoble facility during the integration phase of the instrument.
