Thioredoxin related protein of 14 kDa (TRP14, TXNDC17) represses Nrf2 and NFκB activities and augments HIF activation
TL;DR: The preliminary results suggest that TRP14 is an unusual member of the Trx system, in that it may act as a repressor of NRF2, modulate HIF activation under hypoxia as well as acting as a weak repression of NFκB activation.

TL;DR: It is found that HCO3- with H2O2 together potently overcomes TrxR1- and Trx1 -mediated protection of PTP1B and that its subsequent reactivation is dependent upon Prx2, where H 2O2 clearance becomes a key regulatory event.
