[Performance of constructed wetland for municipal wastewater tertiary treatment: winter and summer comparison].
TL;DR: Results showed good performance of CW for Dalian municipal wastewater tertiary treatment, especially for COD and TP removal, however, the removal of NH4(+) -N and TN in CW is mainly influenced by influent pollutant loads.
Journal ArticleDOI
Nonwoven membrane modifi cation by 4-vinyl pyridine grafted polyvinyl alcohol for resistance the adhension of bacteria
TL;DR: In this article, the fabrication and characterization of 4-vinyl pyridine grafted polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-g-4VP) and the modifi cation of nonwoven membrane (NWF) for the prevention of bacterial attachment were discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Spontaneous and Electrochemical Reduction of Silver by Polypyrrole Deposits
TL;DR: In this article, the removal of Ag+ ions from acidic solutions was investigated through spontaneous reduction (SR) and electrochemical reduction (ER) procedures using reduced composite polypyrrole (ppy) coatings doped with p-toluene sulfonate sodium on stainless steel mesh (SSM).
Journal ArticleDOI
Mathematical model analysis on the enhancement of aeration efficiency using ladder-type flat membrane module forms in the Submerged Membrane Bio-reactor (SMBR)
TL;DR: Based on the widely-applied vertical structure of flat membrane modules, improvements are made that ladder-type flat membrane structure is designed with a certain inclined angle θ so that the cross-flow velocity of bubble near the membrane surface can be held, and the intensity and times of elastic collision between bubbles and membrane surfaces can be increased.
Journal ArticleDOI
Photocatalysis and Rotating Dynamic Membrane Hybrid System with Fe-ZnIn2S4 Efficiently Removes 2,4,6-Tribromophenol in Water: Effect of Dynamic Membrane
TL;DR: A photo-catalysis and dynamic membrane reactor system with coated dynamic layer on polypropylene non- woven fabric material, was studied for continuous photocatalysis and retention of catalysts in a single device, in removing halogenated compound 2,4,6-Tribromophenol in water as mentioned in this paper.
