LAVENDER: latent axes discovery from multiple cytometry samples with non-parametric divergence estimation and multidimensional scaling reconstruction

TL;DR: Application of LAVENDER to multidimensional flow cytometry datasets of 301 Japanese individuals immunized with a seasonal influenza vaccine revealed an axis related to baseline immunological characteristics of each individual, a clinical marker of the systemic inflammatory response.
Journal ArticleDOI

Genetic landscape of interactive effects of HLA-DRB1 alleles on susceptibility to ACPA(+) rheumatoid arthritis and ACPA levels in Japanese population

TL;DR: HLA allelic non-additive and interactive effects on ACPA(+) RA susceptibility were observed in the Japanese population and multiple allelic combinations with significant interactive effects including a common combination with the European population as well as novel combinations were identified.
