Bleomycin-associated pulmonary fibrosis: rapidly fatal progression without chest radiotherapy.

TL;DR: Two patients with carcinoma of the tonsil treated with bleomycin but not with radiotherapy are indicated, indicating that chest radiötherapy is not a necessary cofactor for the development of rapidly progressive, fatal, diffuse interstitial pulmonary fibrosis afterBleomycin therapy.
Journal ArticleDOI

A general framework dedicated to computational morphogenesis Part I – Constitutive equations

TL;DR: The biological, physical and mathematical concepts that led to the design of a Computational Morphogenesis (CM) platform are described, which is to generate realistic 3D multi-scale biological tissues from virtual stem cells and the intended target applications include in virtuo studies of normal and abnormal tissue (re)generation as well as the development of complex diseases such as carcinogenesis.
Journal ArticleDOI

Computational augmentation of neoplastic endometrial glands in digital pathology displays

TL;DR: This study demonstrates that graph theory approaches applied to small‐scale anatomic elements in the endometrium allow biologic classification by machine learning, and that spatial superimposition over large‐scale tissue expanses can have practical diagnostic utility.
