Drug loaded polymeric nanoparticles and methods of making and using same

TL;DR: The present disclosure generally relates to nanoparticles having about 0.2 to about 35 weight percent of a therapeutic agent; and about 10 to about 99 percent of biocompatible polymer such as a diblock poly(lactic) acid-poly(ethylene)glycol as mentioned in this paper.

The Reduction in Electroporation Voltages by the Addition of a Surfactant to Planar Lipid Bilayers

TL;DR: It is suggested that C12E8 incorporates into POPC bilayers, allowing electroporation at lower intensities and/or shorter durations, and it is demonstrated that surfactants can be used to manipulate the Electroporation threshold of lipid bilayers.
