Journal ArticleDOI
Antiplatelet aggregation activity of diterpene alkaloids from Spiraea japonica
TL;DR: The results suggest that the atisine-type alkaloids isolated from S. japonica are a class of novel antiplatelet aggregation agents, and the inhibitory effect of spiramine C1 on arachidonic acid was as potent as that of aspirin.
Journal ArticleDOI
Khayseneganins A-H, Limonoids from Khaya senegalensis
Chun-Mao Yuan,Yu Zhang,Gui-Hua Tang,Ying-Tong Di,Ming-Ming Cao,Xiao-Ying Wang,Guo-Ying Zuo,Shun-Lin Li,Hui-Ming Hua,Hongping He,Xiao-Jiang Hao +10 more
TL;DR: Eight new limonoid, khayseneganins A-H (1-8), and 31 known limonoids were isolated from the leaves and twigs of Khaya senegalensis and showed antimicrobial activities against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, MRSA 92(#), and MRSA 98(#).
Journal ArticleDOI
Trigohowilols A-G, degraded diterpenoids from the stems of Trigonostemon howii.
Gui-Hua Tang,Yu Zhang,Chun-Mao Yuan,Yan Li,Yu-Cheng Gu,Ying-Tong Di,Yue-Hu Wang,Guo-Ying Zuo,Shi-Fei Li,Shun-Lin Li,Hong-Ping He,Xiao-Jiang Hao +11 more
TL;DR: Compounds 1-6 showed weak antimicrobial activities against Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, MRSA 92(#), and MRSA 98(#) using a 2-fold dilution method.
Journal ArticleDOI
Dinorditerpene, diterpenes, alkaloids, and coumarins from Clausena dunniana
TL;DR: The new dinorditerpene 14,15-dinorclerod-3-ene-2,13-dione (2), the eight new clerodane diterpenes 4. 5. 7-10, 13, and 14, and the new furoquinoline alkaloid 15, besides thirty known compounds, were isolated from the aerial part of Clausena dunniana collected in Xishuangbanna, the south of China as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Myrifabine, the first dimeric Myrioneuron alkaloid from Myrioneuron faberi.
Ming-Ming Cao,Sheng-Dian Huang,Ying-Tong Di,Chun-Mao Yuan,Guo-Ying Zuo,Yu-Cheng Gu,Yu Zhang,Xiao-Jiang Hao +7 more
TL;DR: One Myrioneuron alkaloid, myrifabine (1), the first example of a dimer with 12 chiral centers embraced in a decacyclic novel skeleton, was isolated from Myrionuron faberi and its structure was elucidated by spectroscopic data and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.
