White-light generation using a remote-phosphor-coated diffusing surface excited by the high-brightness blue light-emitting diode
TL;DR: In this article, a white-light generation by cerium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet inorganic phosphor, which was used to coat a diffusing polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate excited by a blue light-emitting diode (LED) is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
Identification and characterization of multiple abiotic stress tolerance genes in wheat
Rakesh Kumar,Mamrutha Harohalli Masthigowda,Amandeep Kaur,Nabin Bhusal,Ankita Pandey,Ankita Pandey,Satish Kumar,Chandra Nath Mishra,Gyanendra Singh,Gyanendra Pratap Singh +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the expression analysis revealed that SHN1, DREB6, NHX2 and AVP1 were highly induced under heat, salt and drought stresses in wheat.
Journal ArticleDOI
Finite element analysis of mechanical response of fracture fixation functionally graded bone plate at paediatric femur bone fracture site under compressive and torsional loadings
TL;DR: This investigation compares commercially available fracture fixation (FF) bone plate made up of titanium alloy with newly developed functionally graded (FG) prosthetic bone plate (graded stepwise in thickness direction using isotropic hydroxyapatite (Ha) and titanium (Ti) materials) for the treatment of fractured paediatric femur bones.
Journal Article
Soil release and bioefficacy of controlled release formulations of butachlor against jungle rice (Echinochloa colona)
TL;DR: The controlled release formulations extended the residual toxicity of butachlor against Echinochloa colona up to 80 days after treatment compared to 32 days from the conventional formulations including a commercial emulsifiable concentrate and laboratory made granule.
Journal Article
Controlled Release Formulations of Imidacloprid: Water and Soil Release Kinetics
TL;DR: In this article, controlled release formulations of insecticide imidacloprid obtained through its monolithic dispersion/incorporation in carboxy methyl cellulose, polystyrene, and polyvinyl chloride matrices were evaluated.
