TL;DR: Shouldn't enantiomeric purity be included in the 'minimum information about a bioactive entity?' response from the MIABE group.
Journal ArticleDOI
A pipeline for identifying endogenous neuropeptides from spectral archives
TL;DR: A novel generic pipeline is proposed for identifying peptides for these high possibility spectra in spectral archives, based on the PRIDE cluster resources, rather than building a complete archive from scratch, to help biologists to get more output from the data.
Book ChapterDOI
EBI Proteomics Services
TL;DR: This work will provide an overview of recent developments in the tools and resources provided by the EBI Proteomics Services Team, and describe two major tools to address the efficient management of consistent protein identifiers and controlled vocabularies.
Inference of Synechocystis protein interaction network
Magali Michaut,Samuel Kerrien,Luisa Montecchi-Palazzi,Corinne Cassier-Chauvat,Jean-Christophe Aude,Pierre Legrain,Henning Hermjakob +6 more
TL;DR: Two methods based on the interolog concept are developed and a new network of 8,783 interactions for Synechocystis is constructed and an automatic tool to predict protein-protein interactions for all species with a sequenced genome is developed.
