Calicheamicin antibody drug conjugates linking an amidoacetyl group to a sugar moiety on calicheamicin

TL;DR: In this article, the authors disclosed a calicheamicin antibody drug conjugate comprising a linking amidoacetyl group covalently bound to a sugar moiety or linking to sulfur atom on calicheamin through disulfide bond.
Journal ArticleDOI

DSRRTracker: Dynamic Search Region Refinement for Attention-based Siamese Multi-Object Tracking

TL;DR: This work proposes an end-to-end MOT method, with a Gaussian filter-inspired dynamic search region refinement module to dynamically filter and refine the search region by considering both the template information from the past frames and the detection results from the current frame with little computational burden.

Antibody drug conjugates having derivatives of amatoxin as the drug

TL;DR: There are disclosed derivatives of amanitin that can be conjugated to a targeting antibody to form an ADC (antibody drug conjugate) as mentioned in this paper, which can be found in Table 1.
Journal ArticleDOI

Theoretical insights into the uptake of sulfonamides onto phospholipid bilayers: Mechanisms, interaction and toxicity evaluation.

TL;DR: In this article , the bioaccumulation mechanism of four typical SAs onto the dipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine (DPPC) lipid bilayer and their effects on the properties of DPPC bilayer were employed and evaluated respectively by using molecular dynamics simulations.

Flight maneuver intelligent recognition based on deep variational autoencoder network

TL;DR: Deep variational auto-encoder network and adaptive dynamic time warping algorithms are used to explore the establishment of an integrated evaluation system for flight maneuver recognition and quality evaluation, solve the industry difficulty faced by current flight training data mining applications, and achieve accurate recognition and reliable quality evaluation of flight regimes under the background of high mobility.
