Targeting of miR34a–NOTCH1 Axis Reduced Breast Cancer Stemness and Chemoresistance
Eun Young Park,EunSun Chang,Eun Ji Lee,Hyun Woo Lee,Hyeok Gu Kang,Kyung-Hee Chun,Yu Mi Woo,Hyun Kyung Kong,Je Yeong Ko,Hiromu Suzuki,Erwei Song,Jong Hoon Park +11 more
TL;DR: Ectopic miR34a expression reduced cancer stem cell properties and increased sensitivity to doxorubicin treatment by directly targeting NOTCH1 and suggests that the ectopic expression of miR 34a represents a novel therapeutic approach in chemoresistant breast cancer treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI
PI3K/AKT activation induces PTEN ubiquitination and destabilization accelerating tumourigenesis
Min-Sik Lee,Man Hyung Jeong,Hyun Woo Lee,Hyun Ji Han,Andrew H. Ko,Stephen M. Hewitt,Jae Hoon Kim,Kyung-Hee Chun,Joon-Yong Chung,Cheolju Lee,Hanbyoul Cho,Jaewhan Song +11 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that PI3K/AKT signals enforce positive-feedback regulation by suppressing PTEN function in cervical cancer patients with high levels of pAKT and MKRN1 expression.
Journal ArticleDOI
Boron-doped peroxo-zirconium oxide dielectric for high-performance, low-temperature, solution-processed indium oxide thin-film transistor
Jee Ho Park,Young Bum Yoo,Keun Ho Lee,Woo Soon Jang,Jin Young Oh,Soo Sang Chae,Hyun Woo Lee,Sun Woong Han,Hong Koo Baik +8 more
TL;DR: The results suggest that aqueous solution-processed In2O3 TFTs on ZrO2:B dielectrics could potentially be used for low-cost, low-temperature, and high-performance flexible devices.
Journal ArticleDOI
Celastrol inhibits gastric cancer growth by induction of apoptosis and autophagy.
TL;DR: Celastrol distinctly inhibits the gastric cancer cell proliferation and induces autophagy and apoptosis and found an increase in phosphorylated AMPK following a decrease in allosphorylated forms of AKT, mTOR and S6K after the treatment with celastrol.
Journal ArticleDOI
Solution-processed high-k HfO2 gate dielectric processed under softening temperature of polymer substrates
TL;DR: In this article, a low-temperature, solution-processed high-k HfO2 gate dielectric was demonstrated and a thin-film transistor (TFT) was fabricated with this gate.
