TL;DR: The most common diagnosis for exclusion was suspected chronic hypersensitivity pneumonitis (CSPP) and the most common adverse events were suspected acute exacerbations (AEx) and nonelective hospitalizations as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Complete remission of nodular pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis lesions induced by 2-chlorodeoxyadenosine in a non-smoker
TL;DR: A 66-year-old with biopsy-proven pulmonary and systemic LCH, whose pulmonary abnormalities responded dramatically to treatment with 2-chlorodeoxyadenosine (2-CdA), is described, and it is proposed that, in selected cases, 2-CDA should be considered in the management of pulmonary LCH.
Journal ArticleDOI
Local origin of mesenchymal cells in a murine orthotopic lung transplantation model of bronchiolitis obliterans.

TL;DR: A novel murine model shows consistent and reproducible allograft fibrogenesis in the context of single-lung transplantation and represents a major step forward in investigating mechanisms of chronic graft failure.
