Fusion Coherence: Scalable Cache Coherence for Heterogeneous Kilo-Core System
TL;DR: This paper would discard the current discrete pattern and will build a uniformed shared memory system avoiding explicit data movement among CPUs and GPUs connected by high throughput NoC.
Journal ArticleDOI
Block scheduling of iterative algorithms and graph-level priority scheduling in a simulated data-flow multiprocessor
TL;DR: It is demonstrated by simulation that relying solely on data-driven scheduling of parallel and unrolled loops results in low resource utilization and poor performance, and a graph-level priority scheduling mechanism has been developed that greatly improves resource usage and yields higher performance.
Book ChapterDOI
A logarithmic time method for two's complementation
Jung-Yup Kang,Jean-Luc Gaudiot +1 more
TL;DR: An innovative algorithm to find the two's complement of a binary number that works in logarithmic time instead of the worst case linear time and allows for more regularly structured logic units which can be easily modularized and can be naturally extended to any word size.
