O34-6 Organisational change, psychosocial work environment, and non-disability old-age retirement: a prospective study among senior public employees
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined the impact of organisational change and psychosocial work environment on non-disability early retirement in senior public service employees and found that high levels of social capital (i.e., social capital, organisational justice, and quality of management) decreased risk of early retirement.
