Gray Zone Lymphoma (GZL) With Features Intermediate Between Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma (cHL) and Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL): A Large Retrospective Multicenter Analysis Of Clinical Characteristics, Treatment, Outcomes, and Prognosis In The Current Era

TL;DR: A multicenter retrospective analysis of newly diagnosed GZL patients treated from 2001-2012 at 18 North American academic centers determined prognostic factors associated with survival on univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses and found that despite having lower risk features, the PFS or OS for MGZL is not superior.

Tositumomab and Iodine I 131 Tositumomab (the BEXXAR® Therapeutic Regimen) Shows Efficacy in Elderly Patients (pts) with Relapsed/Refractory Low-Grade (LG), Follicular, and Transformed Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (NHL).

TL;DR: BEXXAR can be administered safely and effectively to older pts with low-grade follicular or transformed NHL treated with BexXAR, and response rates and durations of response are somewhat better in younger pts than in older pts, but pts >60 yrs presented with poorer prognostic features.
