Investigation of back surface fields effect on bifacial solar cells

TL;DR: In this article, the fabrication of bifacial solar cells using phosphorus-oxytrichloride (POCl3) emitter formation on p-type, nanotextured silicon (Si) wafer was reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Numerical analysis of the performance of a hybrid solar chimney system with an integrated external thermal source

TL;DR: In this article, a three-dimensional hybrid solar chimney with an integrated external thermal source is developed to complements the solar energy for uninterruptible power generation using flue gas channels as a supply source in the collector.
Journal ArticleDOI

Performance of Single Pass Photovoltaic Thermal Solar Collector with Bifacial Solar Cells

TL;DR: In this paper, a flat plate air-based bifacial photovoltaic thermal (PVT) panel with regard to the first and second laws of thermodynamics is examined.

Membrane and bipolar plates materials for regenerative fuel cells

TL;DR: In this paper, a review of the latest development in membrane and bipolar plates materials for the unitized regenerative fuel cell (URFC) is presented, and it is recommended that aluminum or titanium with a gold-coated layer is a very suitable candidate as the bipolar plate and IrOX, Ru or both with Pt is suitable for oxygen side catalyst in the URFC.

Potential and Status of the Renewable Energy Technologies for Sustainable Energy Development in Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) Countries

TL;DR: In this article, the socioeconomic situation and potential energy supply utilization in (OIC) countries which vary considerably are reviewed. And the relationship between energy consumption and (GDP) indicates the economic development of the countries.
