Journal ArticleDOI
Interface engineering of CdS/CZTSSe heterojunctions for enhancing the Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 solar cell efficiency
Wei Chao Chen,Wei Chao Chen,Cheng-Ying Chen,Cheng-Ying Chen,Yi-Rung Lin,Jan-Kai Chang,Chun Hsiang Chen,Ya Ping Chiu,Chih-I Wu,Kuei-Hsien Chen,Kuei-Hsien Chen,Li-Chyong Chen +11 more
TL;DR: In this article, the effects of soft-baking (SB) temperature on the junction properties and the corresponding optoelectronic and interface-structural properties were investigated, based on in-depth photoemission studies corroborated with structural and composition analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electron beam induced formation of carbon nanorods
Kuei-Hsien Chen,Chien Ting Wu,Jih Shang Hwang,Chao-Kuang Wen,Li-Chyong Chen,C.T Wang,Kung-Jeng Ma +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, electron beam induced formation of carbon nanorods was realized in situ under high resolution scanning electron microscopy (HRSEM) under CVD deposited carbon nanotube sample was irradiated with an electron beam in an HRSEM.
Journal ArticleDOI
Strong room-temperature UV emission of nanocrystalline ZnO films derived from a polymeric solution
Anjan Chatterjee,C.H. Shen,Abhijit Ganguly,Li-Chyong Chen,C.W. Hsu,J.Y. Hwang,Kuei-Hsien Chen +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, X-ray diffraction study revealed the wurtzite structure with a 〈0.0.2 ǫ texture and showed that the films treated up to 500 °C showed very strong UV emission at 3.3 eV with no distinct visible emission in both cathodoluminescence (CL) and photolumine (PL) measurements performed at room temperature.
Journal ArticleDOI
Direct observation of amophization in load rate dependent nanoindentation studies of crystalline Si
C. R. Das,Sandip Dhara,Yeau-Ren Jeng,Ping Chi Tsai,Hsu Cheng Hsu,Baldev Raj,A.K. Bhaduri,Shaju K. Albert,A.K. Tyagi,Li-Chyong Chen,Kuei-Hsien Chen,Kuei-Hsien Chen +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a molecular dynamic simulation has been employed to demonstrate that the effect of indentation velocities has a direct influence on c-Si during nanoindentation processes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ferromagnetism in cobalt-doped n-GaN
Sandip Dhara,B. Sundaravel,K.G.M. Nair,R. Kesavamoorthy,M. C. Valsakumar,T. V. Chandrasekhar Rao,Li-Chyong Chen,Kuei-Hsien Chen +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a disordered model with carrier mediated coupling of localized magnetic moments is made responsible for the observed ferromagnetic ordering in the postannealed samples of Co doped n-GaN formed by Co+ implantation.
